On about April 19th 2002 SOMEONE hacked into the old guestbooks and DELETED them. What they deleted was over 500 DEATH and ADDICTION stories relating directly to OXYCONTIN. They also deleted over 100 stories from people who are legitimate patients and most of them need oxycontin for their SEVERE PAIN. I apologize to anyone who took the time to share their stories to HELP warn others. Those guestbooks were somehow a comfort to all who have been affected by this ABUSE epidemic. Please if you are looking for your story then REPOST it. I'm sad to say but by the amount of email I am receiving these guestbook's will rapidly rebuild their SAD tales BUT people need to be warned as to the power of this drug and the deadly consequences when ABUSED.
Please read the other stories and add yours to our guestbook...

The day has come. Today is the year anniversary of my soul mate's passing. He passed away May 19th, 2005.It was completely unexpected; as he did not take pills. It only took one. Today is a sad day. Seeing the date on cell phone, computer, writing it on my chalkboard, it all makes me sick. I have to remember the good times we had, and his beautiful smile, and not focus on the one dreadful day that took him. If you are taking Oxy, think of the ones you will leave in pain after you are gone. And God bless all of us who must move forward without our loved ones. You must be strong and of good faith. I miss you so much Ellis. All of my unconditional love to you forever.

Adam was my brother and my closest friend. He had it all, a close loving family, a girlfriend, college and a job...Compared to most of his friends, he had already "made it." One morning, I got out of the shower and his alarm clock wasn't rousing him. This was somewhat usual until I looked at the color of his skin. The most alive person I had ever known had turned into a lifeless body overnight. All it took was three little pills to kill a man who stood as an elm amoung shrubs. Adam will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him, especially his mother, father, his two little brothers, and his sister, who is forever gratefull to have had him in her life. All we can hope and pray for now is that somewhere, someone will stop and think twice before taking oxycotin or any other drug that seems to kill the pain of everyday life. There are many other options. Seek help and save lives. End the real pain. In Memory of Adam Luke Coley 1980-2001
